刪除帳號與資料
Delete account and data
- 在 Eatzi 前往「設定」。
- 選擇「刪除帳號」。
- 閱讀說明並確認。
無法登入時，請使用帳號信箱來信。完成刪除後，Eatzi 會從使用中系統移除你的帳號、相關內容與可連結的互動事件。不含帳號識別碼的活動紀錄及彙總統計可能保留。服務供應商紀錄、備份與必要交易紀錄可能有不同保存週期，詳見隱私權政策。
- Open Settings in Eatzi.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and confirm.
If you cannot sign in, email us from the account address. Deletion removes your account, related content and linked interaction events from active systems. Activity records without account identifiers and aggregate statistics may remain. Provider logs, backups and necessary transaction records may have separate retention cycles; see the privacy policy.
Apple 訂閱與健康資料
Apple subscriptions and Health records
刪除 Eatzi 帳號不會自動取消訂閱。請到 iOS「設定」→ 你的名稱 →「訂閱項目」→ Eatzi 管理，或開啟 Apple 訂閱設定。先前寫入 Apple 健康的資料仍由你管理；若要移除，請在「健康」App 中開啟 Eatzi 的資料來源並刪除相關資料。
Deleting your Eatzi account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Go to iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Eatzi, or open Apple subscription settings. Previously written Apple Health records remain under your control; remove them through Eatzi's data-source settings in the Health app.
存取或更正資料
Access or correct information
你可以在 App 中編輯部分個人檔案。若要取得可攜副本、更正其他資料、提出異議或限制處理，請寄信並說明請求。為保護帳號，我們可能需要驗證身分。
You can edit parts of your profile in the app. To request a portable copy, correct other information, object or restrict processing, email us with the request. We may verify identity to protect your account.
管理 iPhone 權限
Manage iPhone permissions
- 位置：iOS「設定」→ 隱私權與安全性 → 定位服務 → Eatzi。關閉定位不會刪除既有打卡或店家紀錄。
- 通知：iOS「設定」→ 通知 → Eatzi。
- Apple 健康：「健康」App → 個人檔案 → App 與服務 → Eatzi。
- 照片：iOS「設定」→ 隱私權與安全性 → 照片 → Eatzi。
- Location: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Eatzi. Turning location off does not delete existing check-ins or shop records.
- Notifications: iOS Settings → Notifications → Eatzi.
- Apple Health: Health app → profile → Apps and Services → Eatzi.
- Photos: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos → Eatzi.

Make a request
請寄到 support@eatzi.io，主旨寫「Privacy Request」，並簡述需求。請勿寄送密碼、身分證件或付款資料，除非我們透過安全方式另行要求。
Email support@eatzi.io with “Privacy Request” in the subject and a short description. Do not email passwords, identity documents or payment details unless we later request them through a secure method.
