Who operates Eatzi

Eatzi is operated by Khairul Izyan Bin Anuar, who is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. This policy covers the Eatzi app. Privacy questions may be sent to support@eatzi.io.
我們收集的資料
Information we collect
- 帳號：電子郵件、顯示名稱與帳號識別碼。
- 個人化營養：出生日期、生理性別、身高、體重、活動量與目標。
- 使用者內容：打卡餐點、營養資料、點餐原因、評論、留言，以及你選擇上傳的餐點照片。
- 遊戲與產品互動：飯精靈、據點、隊伍、進度，以及有限的功能互動事件。
- 裝置與服務：訂閱狀態與購買紀錄、推播權杖，以及 IP 位址、登入工作階段、App／裝置資訊與必要的服務診斷紀錄。另會處理你提交的檢舉與支援請求。
- Account: email, display name and account identifier.
- Personalised nutrition: date of birth, biological sex, height, weight, activity level and goal.
- User content: meals, nutrition, ordering reasons, reviews, comments and meal photos you choose to upload.
- Game and product activity: Nom noms, holdings, team, progress and limited feature-interaction events.
- Device and service: subscription status and purchase records, push tokens, IP addresses, sign-in sessions, app/device information and necessary service diagnostics. We also process reports and support requests you submit.

健康資料與 Apple 健康
Health data and Apple Health
Eatzi 只會在你同意後，將已記錄餐點的熱量與營養素寫入 Apple 健康；Eatzi 不會讀取 Apple 健康中的資料。
健康、身體與營養資料不會用於廣告、出售，或分享給第三方作為其自身用途。產品分析事件不會直接包含身體測量值或營養數字，但餐點打卡事件會保留可連到餐點紀錄的識別碼。
With permission, Eatzi writes calories and nutrients from logged meals to Apple Health. It does not read Apple Health data.
Health, body and nutrition data are not used for advertising, sold, or shared for another company's own purposes. Product-event payloads exclude body measurements and nutrition figures, but check-in events retain identifiers linked to meal records.

你允許時，Eatzi 會將目前座標傳送給服務供應商，以即時尋找附近店家及餐點。App 會在裝置上快取最近位置；目前的查詢流程不會將 GPS 座標保存為帳號位置歷史，也不會將 GPS 座標加入產品分析事件。餐點打卡、店家據點與相關互動紀錄會保存你選擇的店家或餐點，但打卡不驗證你是否身在店內，這些紀錄也不是裝置定位證明。服務供應商的安全與操作紀錄可能保留 IP 位址及據此推估的大略城市或國家。這些資料不會用於廣告或跨 App 追蹤。
With permission, Eatzi sends current coordinates to its service provider to answer nearby-shop and meal requests in real time. The app caches the last location on your device; the current query flow does not save GPS coordinates as account location history or include GPS coordinates in product analytics. Meal check-ins, restaurant holdings and related interactions retain your selected shop or meal. Check-in does not verify that you are at the shop, and these records are not proof of your device location. Provider security and operational logs may retain IP addresses and an inferred approximate city or country. This information is not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.

我們只在提供服務所需範圍內與供應商處理資料：
- Supabase：帳號、資料庫、照片儲存，以及服務運作與安全紀錄。
- RevenueCat：訂閱狀態、購買權益與訂閱分析；使用 Eatzi 帳號識別碼連結購買紀錄。
- Apple：登入、付款、推播與你主動啟用的健康資料寫入。
我們也可能在法律要求或保護使用者安全時揭露必要資料。
We use providers only as needed to deliver the service:
- Supabase: accounts, database, photo storage, and operational/security logging.
- RevenueCat: subscription status, purchase entitlements and subscription analytics, linked through your Eatzi account identifier.
- Apple: sign-in, payment, push notifications and optional Health writes.
We may also disclose necessary information when legally required or to protect users.

Product analytics
Eatzi 可能記錄有限、明確定義的產品互動，用來了解啟用、遊戲循環與穩定性，並保留不含帳號識別碼的活動紀錄與彙總總數，用於分享 Eatzi 社群里程碑。事件會包含帳號、工作階段與操作流程識別碼、時間、功能入口、App 版本及語言；相關事件也會包含店家、餐點或打卡識別碼，因此可以連到所選的內容紀錄。事件內容不直接包含自由輸入文字、照片、搜尋文字、原始 GPS 座標、身體測量值或營養數字。這些事件不會用於個人化廣告或跨 App 追蹤。
Eatzi may record a limited set of defined product interactions to understand activation, game loops and reliability, and retain activity records without account identifiers and aggregate totals for sharing Eatzi community milestones. Events contain account, session and journey identifiers, timestamps, feature entry points, app version and language. Relevant events also contain restaurant, meal or check-in identifiers, so they can be linked to the selected content records. Event payloads do not directly include free text, photos, search text, raw GPS coordinates, body measurements or nutrition figures. They are not used for personalized advertising or cross-app tracking.

社群功能會顯示你的顯示名稱、頭像、隊伍、排名與公開遊戲進度。你公開發布的餐點評論、照片、留言與相關店家資訊，也可能讓其他使用者看見。
請只發布你願意分享的內容，並避免在公開文字或照片中放入聯絡方式、健康狀況或其他敏感資料。
Community features display your name, avatar, team, rankings and public game progress. Meal reviews, photos, comments and associated shop information that you publish publicly may also be visible to other users.
Share only content you want others to see, and avoid including contact details, medical information or other sensitive details in public text or photos.
提供給店家的洞察
Insights for restaurants
Eatzi 可能提供彙總後的店家或菜單表現數據，例如餐點被瀏覽或打卡的總次數。這類洞察不會提供你的姓名、電子郵件、個人檔案、健康資料或可識別你的紀錄。這與你選擇在社群公開發布的內容不同。
Eatzi may provide aggregated shop or menu performance, such as total views or check-ins. These insights do not include your name, email, profile, health data or identifiable history. This is separate from content you choose to publish publicly in the community.
保存與刪除
Retention and deletion
帳號與相關內容通常保留到你刪除帳號。與帳號連結的原始產品互動事件會在超過 90 天後，由每日排程清除；店家與餐點的每日彙總統計保留約兩年。刪除帳號或完成有效刪除請求時，Eatzi 會移除使用中系統內的帳號、相關內容與可連結的互動事件；不含帳號識別碼的活動紀錄及彙總統計可能保留。服務供應商的操作／安全紀錄、備份與必要交易紀錄有各自的保存週期，可能不會在刪除帳號時立即清除。你可以來信詢問適用的保存或刪除安排。
Account information and content are generally kept until you delete the account. A daily job removes raw account-linked product events once they are over 90 days old; daily restaurant and meal aggregates are retained for about two years. Account deletion or a valid deletion request removes the account, related content and linked interaction events from active systems. Activity records without account identifiers and aggregate statistics may remain. Provider operational/security logs, backups and necessary transaction records have separate retention cycles and may not disappear immediately when an account is deleted. Contact us about the applicable retention or deletion arrangements.

Your choices and rights
你可以在 App 的「設定」中刪除帳號。也可以在 iOS 設定中管理位置、推播與 Apple 健康權限。若要存取、更正或刪除資料，請見 隱私選擇 或來信。
You can delete your account in the app's Settings. Location, notifications and Apple Health permissions can be managed in iOS Settings. To access, correct or delete information, see Privacy choices or email us.
刪除帳號後的 Apple 資料與訂閱
Apple data and subscriptions after deletion
刪除 Eatzi 帳號不會自動取消 Apple 訂閱，請另至 Apple 的訂閱設定管理。先前寫入 Apple 健康的資料由你在「健康」App 中管理或刪除。Apple 與訂閱服務供應商依其政策處理必要的交易紀錄。操作方式請見隱私選擇與訂閱支援。
Deleting an Eatzi account does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription; manage it separately in Apple's subscription settings. You manage or delete previously written Apple Health records in the Health app. Apple and subscription providers handle necessary transaction records under their policies. 安全、跨境與兒童

我們使用加密傳輸、存取控制與資料庫層權限保護資料。部分供應商可能在台灣以外處理資料。Eatzi 不提供給 13 歲以下兒童使用；若你認為兒童建立了帳號，請聯絡我們。
We use encrypted connections, access controls and database-level permissions. Some providers may process data outside Taiwan. Eatzi is not intended for children under 13; contact us if you believe a child created an account.
